TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Lalitha JMR Transport Services. By accessing or using our vehicle document management and RTO consulting services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. SERVICE OVERVIEW
Lalitha JMR Transport Services provides:
• Vehicle document tracking and expiry management
• Automatic WhatsApp reminders for document renewals
• RTO consulting and assistance services
• Commercial vehicle compliance support
2. USER REGISTRATION
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Each vehicle registration requires a one-time fee of ₹50
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
3. PAYMENT TERMS
• One-time payment of ₹50 per vehicle is required for registration
• Payment can be made via PhonePe, UPI, or bank transfer
• Payments are non-refundable once service activation is complete
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice
4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide accurate vehicle information and document expiry dates
• Update your contact information if it changes
• Respond to renewal reminders in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable RTO rules and regulations
5. WhatsApp NOTIFICATIONS
• We send automatic WhatsApp alerts 30 days before document expiry
• You consent to receive transactional WhatsApp messages
• Message frequency depends on the number of vehicles and their expiry schedules
• Standard WhatsApp rates may apply from your mobile provider
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
• All content, logos, and trademarks belong to Lalitha JMR Transport Services
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without written permission
• User data remains the property of the user
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
• We provide information services and reminders only
• We are not responsible for missed renewals or expired documents
• Users are solely responsible for complying with RTO requirements
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
8. DATA PRIVACY
• We collect and store vehicle information and contact details
• Your data is protected and not shared with third parties without consent
• See our Privacy Policy for detailed information handling practices
9. TERMINATION
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations
• You may request account deletion at any time
• Termination does not entitle you to a refund
10. MODIFICATIONS
• We may update these terms at any time
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• Major changes will be communicated via email or WhatsApp
11. GOVERNING LAW
• These terms are governed by the laws of India
• Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh courts
