REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Effective Date: October 30, 2025
Lalitha JMR Transport Services is committed to customer satisfaction. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a payment.
1. SERVICE FEES
• One-time vehicle registration fee: ₹50 per vehicle
• This fee covers lifetime WhatsApp reminders and portal access
• No recurring charges or subscription fees
• Payment is required before service activation
2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND:
• Duplicate payments made by error
• Service not activated within 48 hours of payment
• Technical issues preventing service access
• Payment charged but account not created
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND:
• Service already activated and in use
• WhatsApp reminders already sent
• Change of mind after service activation
• Incorrect vehicle information provided by user
• User account suspension due to policy violations
3. REFUND PROCESS
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment
• Submit requests via email to: contact@lalithajmrtransportservices.com
• Include: Transaction ID, registered email/phone, reason for refund
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
• Refund amount is credited to the original payment method
4. REFUND AMOUNT
• Full refund: If service not activated or duplicate payment
• Partial refund: Not applicable (fixed ₹50 fee)
• No refund: After service activation and use
5. CANCELLATION POLICY
Account Cancellation:
• Users may request account deletion at any time
• Contact us via email or phone to initiate cancellation
• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed
• No refund provided for active accounts
Vehicle Removal:
• You can remove individual vehicles from your account
• No refund for removed vehicles after activation
• Vehicle removal does not delete your account
6. FAILED TRANSACTIONS
• If payment fails, no charges are applied
• If amount debited but service not activated, full refund issued
• Contact us immediately if payment status is unclear
7. PAYMENT DISPUTES
• Disputed transactions must be reported within 7 days
• Provide transaction proof (screenshot, receipt, bank statement)
• We will investigate and respond within 5 business days
• Fraudulent disputes may result in account suspension
8. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES
• If we discontinue services, active users receive pro-rata refunds
• Service changes with 30 days' notice do not qualify for refunds
• Major service reductions may entitle partial refunds at our discretion
9. FORCE MAJEURE
No refunds for service interruptions due to:
• Natural disasters or acts of God
• Government regulations or RTO policy changes
• Technical failures beyond our control
• Telecommunication network issues
10. REFUND REQUEST PROCEDURE
Step 1: Send email to contact@lalithajmrtransportservices.com
Step 2: Include:
- Full name and registered phone number
- Transaction ID and payment date
- Reason for refund request
- Supporting documents (if applicable)
Step 3: Receive confirmation within 2 business days
Step 4: Refund processed within 7-10 business days
11. PAYMENT METHOD SPECIFIC REFUNDS
• UPI/PhonePe: Refund to source account within 5-7 days
• Bank Transfer: Refund to provided bank account within 7-10 days
• Cash Payments: Refund via bank transfer only
12. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
• We strive to resolve all issues amicably
• Contact us before requesting refund to troubleshoot problems
• Our support team is available via phone and email
• We value your feedback and aim to improve services
13. LEGAL DISCLAIMER
• This policy does not affect your statutory rights
• Refunds are subject to verification and approval
• We reserve the right to deny refunds for policy violations
• All decisions regarding refunds are final
